Beauty takes time, Queen! You know this, your man knows this - heck, even your dog or cat knows this!

If you recently placed an order with us, thank you so much! We do this for you. To learn what you can expect with our order fulfillment process, please read carefully. 

​

ORDER PROCESSING 

​

We process and ship all orders Monday - Friday, or during the business week. If you placed your order on the weekend - Saturday or Sunday - or during a U.S. public holiday, please note that we will begin processing your order on the next business day. 

​

Outside of the above-mentioned conditions, all orders are processed within 5-7 business days. If you made a special order such as a custom color, cut, or texture, the processing time may take longer. We will notify you via email or text how long you can expect your order to take for any special order.

SHIPPING 

​

We ship to all 50 states in the continental U.S. and internationally. If you are an international customer who would like to place an order, we recommend that you use a freight forwarder with a U.S.-based address, if possible. 

​

  • U.S. customers: please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Box or FPO boxes at this time. 

  • International customers: in the event that you use a freight forwarder, please note that we do not assume responsibility for the cost of duties or other fees that may be levied once your package arrives in your country. 

​

Once your order is handed over to USPS, please allow up to five (5) business days for U.S. packages and 10 business days for international packages to arrive at their final destinations. 

​

COST

​

Please note that all orders are shipped ground via USPS. Note the expected turnaround time mentioned above and consider that we cannot take responsibility for any delays that may occur once the courier has your package. ​

​

Pricing is calculated based on the weight and destination of your package. In the event that we are unable to reach USPS to calculate shipping for your package at the time of your order, we will default to the following prices.

​

  • U.S. orders: $12

  • International orders: $45

​

RETURNS 

​

At this time, our return policy is limited to the following: 

​

  1. The product(s) must be unworn, unused, and in its original state and packaging.

  2. There will be no cash refunds. Instead, you will receive a store credit that must be used on our site within 90 days of receipt. 

  3. We are unable to accept returns of special orders, i.e. products that have been colored or cut in a style that was unique for the customer.

  4. Orders returned without first contacting us to initiate the return will be returned to the sender.

  5. At this time, we are unable to cover the costs of returns.

Please note that you have 30 days from the original date of purchase to initiate your return. The product(s) must be within our possession on or before the 30-day return window is up. 

​

We will not honor any returns that do not comply with the above-mentioned policies. No exceptions. ​

​
