Cancellation Policy
Hey Queen! We know that things come up at the last minute, so we understand if you need to reschedule or cancel. Please ensure that you get in touch with us no more than six hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to honor this policy will may result in the forfeiture of future services. Remember that your deposit is nonrefundable. If you reschedule your appointment, however, your deposit will be applied towards the new appointment.
